a moze wystarczy kliknac na Upgrade ... i na wyzszy poziom da sie wskoczyc bez dzwonienia. Potem trzeba zweryfikowac konto i dostajesz jeszcze poziom wyzej. Nie wiem jak to teraz dokladnie dziala po zmianach. Jesteem w trakcie weryfikacji konta.

teraz juz nie ma CERTFIED / UNCERTIFIED teraz sa UPGRADE'y konta, nacisnij na UPGRADE ACCOUNT i Ci wysla drobna sume pieniedzy (kolo 20-30 groszy) i jak juz dostaniesz ta kase to daj na VERIFY BANK ACOUNT i wpisza ta sume im

taka jest roznica, ze masz wieksze limity, czyli przeszedles na lepszy poziom, jak chcesz wejsc wyzej musisz konto w banku zatwierdzic

mi sie wydaje ze bedzie tak:
Mam konto w netelerze w usd. Neteller przewalutowuje na eur ( i tu wlasnie kasuje te 1,9% + straty na kursach) a pozniej wysyla to do PL ( tam juz kasuja banki +straty na kursach).
