PawełAll withdrawals should be made on-line back to your card. The maximum
allowed by the system is #2000 per customer per day (or currency
equivalent).
If you have problems withdrawing on-line, we are able to provide
alternative methods of withdrawal for you. At Ladbrokes.com, we adhere
to a strict professional conduct code in implementing payment
transactions with our customers. In order to protect our customers from
fraudulent situations surrounding the various fund withdrawal options,
we will need to obtain positive identification from you before any
initial off-line fund transfer. Please note that this will involve you
having access to either a fax machine or scanner. Whilst these
procedures are not ideal, they help us to apply stringent security
controls and provide protection for you as well as for Ladbrokes.com.
We will require the following for security reasons before we can
proceed:
1. A photocopy of both sides of the credit card used on the account
(with the card number and signature clearly visible). If you no longer
have the card, a copy of a bank/credit card statement showing deposits
to us from that card will suffice.
2. A photocopy of your passport or ID or driving license
3. Your username
4. The name and address to which to send a cheque (or bank details to
which to send a bank transfer).
5. The amount you wish to withdraw/deposit
Our fax number is +44 (0)208 868 4425. Alternatively you may email us
with scanned copies to
cashier@ladbrokes.com. However, please send
these files in JPEG format in preference over Bitmap format. If you
must send in Bitmap format, please zip the files in order to limit their
size.
Once we have this information, we will be able to action your request
