Ostatnio dostałem odpowiedż od "Lotteries and Gaming Authority - Malta" w sprawie skargi jaką złożyłem na Playbanks. Oto ona:
Dear Mr. Lemanski,
In response to your e-mail dated 4th December, 2006 with reference to Playbanks.com I can confirm that PB International Ltd has advised Lotteries & Gaming Authority on 24 th November, 2006 that they wish to cancel their Remote Gaming License and close their operations.
LGA is presently discussing this procedure with the official representative in Malta.
The Lotteries & Gaming Authority can confirm that your account has been locked and the site has closed down. The balance in your player account is protected and any monies owed to you will be refunded by the operator.
This may be a timely process and therefore at this stage LGA is not able to give you a definite date for the payment of your account balance.
As more information becomes available, LGA will contact you and keep you informed as to when you may expect your payment. Should any of your contact details change in particular your e-mail address, please advise LGA since this is our only point of contact with you.
Should you receive this payment directly from Playbanks.com please advise us as soon as possible.
