w tym temacie unibet jest najbardziej liberalnym z bukmacherow, ja osobiscie nie mialem nigdy problemow z uzywaniem roznych metod wplat i wyplat.
Ja mam zupełnie inne doświadczenia. O ile z wypłatą na konto bankowe nie było żadnych problemów, o tyle wypłata na moneybookers to droga przez mękę.
Zleciłem wypłatę 18.IX (na maksymalną kwotę dopuszczalną dla Moneybookers: 1500 EUR) i
Unibet poprosił mnie o mnóstwo dokumentów:
1. Verify your identity
Provide a digital photograph or scanned colour copy of your government–issued ID card, full driving license or passport that clearly displays:
• Document number (ID number, license number, passport number), your full name and date of birth. Please note: Provisional driving licenses are not accepted
• No black/blurred portions (all details must be in focus)
• All four corners of the document (i.e. no cropping)
• Expiry date that has not passed
• Front and back of the ID card or license
2. Verify your address
Provide one digital photograph or scanned colour copy of a paper utility bill or paper bank/credit-card statement that clearly displays:
• Your name and address
• An issue date within the last 3 months
• All four corners of the bill/statement (i.e. no cropping)
Acceptable utility bill statements include landline phone (mobile bills are not acceptable), heating, water, electricity, and municipal government correspondence where address and name is shown is also accepted. E.g. a letter from your local tax office, police or registry office.
3. Verify your Moneybookers account
Provide a printscreen of your Moneybookers Profile page
• your name and account details have to be visible for us
How do I take a print screen?
You do this by entering to web page where the information above is showing, you then press your Prt Scrn-button at the top right part of your keyboard. Open up a Paint document and press Ctrl-button on your bottom left hand side on keyboard and the letter V on keyboard at the same time. This command will paste your print screen in to your paint document. Please save this document as a jpeg-file and attach it in an e-mail to us.
4. We also need proof of your paysafe deposit in the form of a copy of the receipt for the voucher.
Dodam, że przez paysafecard zasilałem konto tylko dwa razy - 29 i 30 marca br. (będąc za granicą), za kwoty 25 EUR i 10 EUR, które natychmiast przegrałem
I że oczywiście żadnej kopii kupionych w kiosku (gdzieś w Belgii czy we Francji) kwitów paysafecard nie przechowywałem, bo w życiu nie pomyślałbym, że kiedyś będą mi potrzebne.
Sześć dni temu wysłałem jednak wszystkie inne dokumenty, z prośbą by - jeśli nie są kompletne do weryfikacji MoneyBookers - po prostu cofnęli mi zlecenie wypłaty i zwrócili kasę na konto w
Unibet - wypłacę ją na swoje konto bankowe, bo z tym żadnych problemów
Unibet nie robi...
Do tej pory nie ma żadnej odpowiedzi na tę prośbę, tylko cały czas informacje, że dokumenty + korespondencja zostały przesłane zostały do wydziału finansowego i prosimy o cierpliwość... No i tak czekam już sobie tydzień, nie mając ani kasy na moneybookers, ani na koncie w
Unibet ;p
Mam nadzieję, że jednak ją kiedyś wypłacą, i będę mógł zlikwidować konto w tak problemowej i niekomunikatywnej firmie jak
Unibet...
