Kilka nowinek by Baqu Elton Brand planuje zagrac w szesciu ostatnich meczach sezonu.
* Chris Webber, wielka gwiazda lat dziewiecdziesiatych konczy kariere!

>>---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<< kontuzje i informacje odnośnie spotkań:http://www.ohio.com/sports/cavs/17180266.html
Team doctors have examined Ben Wallace and Daniel Gibson and reported there is no structural damage to Wallace's back or Gibson's ankle. Both of them aggravated the injuries over the weekend and had to leave games. Both are being listed as day-to-day.
Wallace said he will listen to the doctors and the Cavs' coaches about his return and won't speculate when it might be. There seems to be a good chance Gibson will be back Wednesday, when the Cavs play the Bobcats in Charlotte.
''There is still some soreness. It is going to take some time for me to get rid of it,'' Gibson said.

Andrew Bogut, who missed the last two games because of a broken nose, chipped in with 24 points and 13 rebounds for Milwaukee.
http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2008/04/01/AR2008040103194.html
Washington Wizards guard Gilbert Arenas has been medically cleared to return to game action as soon as he feels ready, according to a team source, but won't play tonight against the Milwaukee Bucks and remains unsure of when he will return this season.
As the Wizards (38-36) prepare to face the Bucks tonight, they are also unsure of the status of all-star forward Caron Butler (left hamstring) and guard Antonio Daniels (sprained left wrist), both of whom missed Monday's 129-87 loss at Utah. Butler and Daniels will be evaluated today when the team goes through a morning shoot-around.
Butler, who missed 19 games between Jan. 29 and March 11 with a left hip injury, said the hamstring tightened up on him during Sunday's overtime loss to the Lakers.
After icing the hamstring on the flight from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City on Sunday night, Butler went through his normal game day routine Monday but the hamstring remained tight.
Daniels, who has made 55 starts in place of Arenas, had been playing with a sprained left wrist since a March 11 game against Milwaukee and aggravated the injury just four minutes into Sunday's game against the Lakers. He left the court in obvious pain and did not return.
Daniels planned to visit a hand specialist yesterday but his intentions were clear.
"I'm playing Wednesday," Daniels said Monday night. "I've been playing with it this entire time and I don't see why I can't continue to do so."http://www.miamiherald.com/594/story/479563.html
Guard Jason Williams' thumb injury is as much a test of his patience as his wardrobe.
For the fifth consecutive game Monday, he could not play because of a bone contusion in his right thumb, so that left him sitting on the bench in a gray suit.
It is uncertain when he will be available to play again, but Williams had the hard cast removed from his right hand Tuesday (a day off for the team). ''I'd love to play,'' he said Monday.

Indiana's Shawne Williams missed Monday morning's shootaround with a stomach virus but played the final three minutes. . . . Pacers backup center David Harrison was ill and did not dress for the game.

Zach Randolph, who was offered to the Bucks at the trade deadline in a deal vetoed by Milwaukee over character concerns, returned after missing Friday night's game with the flu and had 19 points and 10 rebounds as in last night's loss.
http://www.sfgate.com/cgi-bin/article.cgi?f=/c/a/2008/04/01/SPIEVTV2G.DTL
Coach Don Nelson officially pulled the plug on Tuesday's 116-92 romp with 9:52 left, taking out his starters and saving whatever energy remained for tonight's huge game in Dallas.
Warriors forward Mickael Pietrus will miss his seventh straight game with a strained right groin/hamstring, and appears unlikely to play on this road trip. "I want to go back as soon as possible, but when you rush injuries, especially your hamstring, you're always aware of hurting it again and being out for the rest of the season and playoffs. I don't really want to do that," said Pietrus, who has yet to resume on-court drills. ... Center Andris Biedrins played with a jammed right big toe that the Warriors said he injured in the second quarter of Sunday's win over Dallas.
Mavericks
Dirk Nowitzki put in 45 minutes of court time in front of coach Avery Johnson on Tuesday. It's possible the forward could be in uniform Wednesday night against Golden State, just 11 days after suffering a high left ankle sprain.
It would be a remarkably quick recovery. But even if it's on the trip against the Los Angeles Lakers and Phoenix later this week, Nowitzki's return is imminent. Officially, he's been upgraded to day-to-day. The Mavericks' medical staff will evaluate Nowitzki after the shootaround to see how his ankle responded to the Tuesday workout.
http://deseretnews.com/article/1,5143,695266648,00.html
The Jazz didn't practice Tuesday, but starting small forward Andrei Kirilenko and starting shooting guard Ronnie Brewer both were treated for injuries.
Kirilenko, who has missed Utah's last two games with a bruised right calf, also took part in shooting drills with special assistant Jeff Hornacek.
The Jazz are calling him a "game-time decision" for tonight's game against Minnesota, but Kirilenko said Monday that he thought he'd be able to return.
Brewer missed Monday's win over Washington because of a strained right groin sustained in Sunday's loss at Minnesota.
He's "questionable" for tonight, a Jazz spokesman said.
http://www.latimes.com/sports/basketball/nba/clippers/la-sp-cliprep2apr02,1,7502542.story
Clippers center Chris Kaman will probably sit out the team's remaining eight games after spraining his right ankle in Monday's loss to the Dallas Mavericks.
"Looks that way," Clippers Coach Mike Dunleavy said. "His ankle is pretty big."
Elton Brand is still at least a game away from returning. Cuttino Mobley is probable because of a sore heel.
http://blog.oregonlive.com/behindblazersbeat/2008/04/roy_to_get_mri_remains_out_for.html
Coach Nate McMillan said Brandon Roy did not accompany the team to Los Angeles for Wednesday's game at the Lakers, adding that Roy will be re-evaluated when the team returns Thursday for a home game against the Rockets. McMillan said Roy would sit out the Rockets game as well.
http://www.latimes.com/sports/basketball/nba/lakers/la-sp-lakerep2apr02,1,4423463.story
The Lakers received their most upbeat medical report in weeks after practice on Tuesday: Pau Gasol is expected to play tonight when the Lakers play host to the Portland Trail Blazers, after missing nine games because of a sprained left ankle.
Bynum ran on the court for the first time since injuring his left knee in January, but he did not practice with the team. He is up to performing slide drills and step hooks, Jackson said
No specific return date has been made, although the team hopes to have Bynum back shortly before the playoffs.>>---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------<< fajny filmik - only Kobe matters 2 me

panowie do roboty, dość tego leniuchowania Golden State @ Dallas - trudny lecz piekielnie ciekawy mecz do typowania.

z ważniejszych kontuzji i informacji dzisiaj:
=> Vince Carter did not practice yesterday for personal reasons, the team said. He was expected to fly with the team and play tonight.
=> Richard Hamilton, still taking treatment on his left hip and groin, was held out of the scrimmaging during practice Thursday. His status will be determined at game time tonight.
Chauncey Billups said he planned to play. Beyond that, Saunders would not reveal whom he might rest.
"We can't give you guys (media) too much leeway on what we're doing," Saunders joked.
=> All-star forward Antawn Jamison suffered a sprained right shoulder late in Wednesday's home loss to Milwaukee and is doubtful for tonight's game against the Miami Heat.
The Wizards (38-37) can clinch a fourth straight playoff berth with a win tonight, but their position in the Eastern Conference playoff picture is precarious. They are in a three-way tie for fifth place with Toronto and Philadelphia with seven games remaining and have upcoming games against Boston, Detroit, Philadelphia and Orlando.
DeShawn Stevenson, who sprained his right ankle on the same play in which Jamison was injured, did not practice yesterday and will be a game-time decision. Stevenson has started 243 straight games and hopes to keep his streak alive tonight.
"I'm going to try," said Stevenson. "I haven't missed a game, but the ankle is really hurting right now. I got treatment [yesterday]. Actually, it did swell up, but I'm going to try to go."
=> Andris Biedrins played with his right big toe swaddled in bandages as he tried to compensate for pain from a turf toe injury suffered Sunday. "It hurts, but there is no time (to rest)," said Biedrins, who had a similar problem on his left foot during the preseason. "Every game is important.
=> Knicks guard Quentin Richardson bumped his head in the first quarter and did not return.
=> Jazz starting shooting guard Ronnie Brewer sat out practice Thursday, and the team is calling him "questionable" for tonight's game against San Antonio.
Brewer said he'd "love" to play tonight but didn't know if he would.
"Still resting it, getting treatment," he said, adding he was being extra cautious so that the injury is not aggravated.
Andrei Kirilenko — who has missed 10 games this season due to five different injuries/ailments (one with a strained biceps tendon, three due to muscle spasms in his lower back, one with flulike symptoms, three with a sprained hip and two because of the calf) — said he was pain-free Thursday.
=> Grant Hill was able to go through a full practice Thursday — including 30 to 45 minutes of scrimmaging and he expects to play tonight. The time off was good not only for his groin injury but his sprained thumb, since he was able to practice without a brace for the first time in three weeks. Hill missed the last three games due to the groin.
=> Dirk Nowitzki came out of his first game back from the injury with no major setbacks, coach Avery Johnson said. The ankle was sore. But it was no worse for the wear of 27 minutes against the Warriors.
Jerry Stackhouse (right groin muscle) is out.
=> A day later, Pau Gasol felt fine.
Good enough to practice, anyway.
"I think he looked great," Kobe Bryant said. "He gave us a one-two punch. Everybody out here in L.A. knows you've got to have a one-two punch. That's how you win championships. You don't win it with one superstar alone.
"When 'Drew [Bynum] comes back, we'll have a left hook, left jab, right jab, right cross and then hit them with a left hook."
=> Bynum will travel for a two-game trip beginning Sunday in Sacramento but was not expected to play until the last game or two of the regular season, General Manager Mitch Kupchak said earlier this week.
=> Rockets guard Rafer Alston was held out of Thursday's game with a sore left hamstring and is doubtful to play tonight in Seattle. Alston has been treating the injury for about two weeks, but it got worse in the past three days.
Gasol said Thursday there was still a little pain in his ankle, particularly during side-to-side movement.
